ADBYTE POWERED BY GOOGLE
2013- Present
Collaboration is essential to developing innovative, business solutions led by talented professionals. Fueling an appetite to learn how to utilize relevant tech tools applicable to the advertising industry, Google, the 4A's, and MAIP joined together to create a one-day immersion program, AdByte Powered by Google.
The program, launched in 2013, offers 20-25 motivated MAIP Alumni with 1-7 years of advertising experience the opportunity to gain insight into Google's technology and best practices to leverage these tools within their advertising positions. Through the product immersion workshops, participants applied what they learned to an agency and pro-bono client brief (2013: motive and Camp Kesem; 2014: DDB and The Bully Project).
Over the past two years, participants were taken through the world of search, display, mobile, and video and heard from leading executives, such as:
- Seth Barron, Head of Account Solutions, The Zoo (Google)
- Torrence Boone, Managing Director, Google
- Joseph Cianciotto, Creative Director, DDB NY
- Josh Clinard, Community Partnerships Program Manager, Google
- Chick Foxgrover, Chief Digital Officer, 4A's
- Lee Hirsh, Director, The Bully Documentary
- Sara Kleinberg, Group Marketing Manager, Creative Partnerships, Google
