THE FACE OF TALENT
2011 - Present
The Face of Talent was established in 2011 to further amplify and reinforce the 4A’s long‐standing commitment to two of the most important issues facing our industry—Talent and Diversity. A creative vehicle attracting over 500 advertising executives, it was designed to inspire, celebrate and honor the graduating MAIP class and MAIP alumni, as well as to strengthen the relationship between rising top talent and the leaders in the advertising, marketing, and media industry. Through the Face of Talent's career fair and MAIP's cultivated network, over 96% of 2014 MAIP alumni were hired within 9 months of the event.
